Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to internal users within the organization. You will involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and CCTV.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
