Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of: MANAGED SERVICE ENGINEER (CISCO COLLABORATION)

Qualification:
Male, max 30 years old
Minimum SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
1+ years of professional experience in Cisco Collaboration Technology
CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certification is a plus
Strong communication, able to elaborate on user requirements, and project team member skills
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proactive and willing to learn more
Knowledge of best practices in Collaboration Technology

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for integration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of collaboration technology
Plan, deploy, and analyze configurations to ensure system availability
Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party and customers
Provide advice on improving operational system performance, capacity and scalability of the customer
Provide security operation support, issue isolation, and troubleshooting for incident(s).
