Job Description :
• Take charge in cross functional teams to create and update product documentation.
• Construct in-depth technical documentation such as API reference docs, developer guides and user guides.
• Setting up and organize documentation sets for new APIs and developer products.
• Hold accountable to review, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
• Direct complex documentation projects.
• Accommodate developer and system enginner's documentation.
• Creating scenarios and implementing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process in depth for applications (web based & mobile).
• Execute all test phases of the testing process.
• Perform program tests/debugging to ensure quality testing and bugs reporting is maintained throughout the testing process.
• Preparing status reports around automated test scenarios and impacts.
• Help define, drive and implement QA best practice and process.
