Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
Certifications (Priority):
Holding one or more of the following certifications is a plus:
CCSA (CheckPoint), NSE4, CCNA Security, F5-CA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications.

2. EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Network Security Engineer or in a Data Center environment.
- Experience in managing and operating the following devices:
- NGFW: CheckPoint, FortiGate, Palo Alto, F5.
- Networking: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei.

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Networking & Security
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, firewall, and NAT.
- Security technologies: IPS/IDS, VPN (IPSec/SSL), NAC, high availability, load balancing.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds.
- Management of authentication systems such as Radius, AAA, MFA.
Operations
- Technical documentation: Network configurations, topology, and security incidents.
- Troubleshooting: Quick analysis and resolution of network and security issues.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation & Maintenance
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, and NGFWs.
- Performing updates and adjustments to security policies following best practices.
Monitoring & Response
- Monitoring network performance and handling security incidents (24/7 monitoring).
- Threat mitigation and providing support in technical escalation processes.
Collaboration
- Coordinating with internal teams (NDS), vendors, and users (e.g., Ministry of Trade and Industry).
- Preparing regular reports on network status and security incidents.

5. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work in a shift/on-call system.
- Having a personal vehicle (optional, a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of security SOPs in a Data Center environment.
