Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Ability to translate and review product strategy, detailed product requirements and prototypes (including *UI/UX* development and design)
2. Scope and prioritize projects based on business and customer impacts
3. Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest fintech (especially lending business) trends to identify and fill product gaps
4. Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
5. Ability to set up workstreams required and ability to work efficiently with these different streams such as engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
6. Problem solve issues faced during the process of product launching such commercial and technical in a timely manner
7. Monitor performance of products and drive initiatives that can support improvements of the product performance
8. Manage and develop team members in their knowledge and capability regarding product management as well as soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management
