Desk :
Provide technical support and maintain products on the
customer’s site.
Work in teams to provide the best technical support for
customer experience.
Monitor the system performance
Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred in a
production system.
Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support
based on night or day shift work.
Write technical documents and reports for customers.
Communicate knowledge and solutions to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics,Computer engineering, or other software developmentrelated major.
Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Basic Java Programming, Python, Docker.
Had experiences with Unix/Linux platform and shell scripting (sh, bash, Korn, and Perl are preferred).
Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred).
Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).
Strong communication skills, good time management, and stress management.
