Requirement:
1. Education min S1
2. Min 1 - 2 years Experience Application Support in Banking
3. Must have skills and familiar with :
• Good knowledge Ms. Office and Verbal Communication (English)
• Having a bachelor degree
• Having 1-2 years of working experience in performing application support of business applications
• Proficiency in working with frontend and backend frameworks and database maintenance
• Ability to determine the cause of errors and writing create well-written report
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to provide solutions to both internal and external parties through phone, chat, or email
• Perform application and database server monitoring
• Provide expertise and technical knowledge about the system to the users
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions for easy to medium issues to the users
• Escalate, follow-up, or close tickets to the respective departments for difficult to complex issues
• Communicate solutions to users with proper communication
• Testing and evaluating system regularly
4. Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute a task with a good degree of predictabillity.
5. Having good communication skills can work both individually and with a team.
6. Willing to work in SCBD - South Jakarta
